Foreclosure Recovery Inc. is an asset recovery administration service. If you opt in, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide about your claim or, for agent, attorney, title company and investor partners, about that program. Messages include status updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, and requests for documents or information we need to move your file forward.

You opt in by checking the unchecked consent box next to the phone field on our web forms and submitting the form. The box is optional. We do not text you for marketing unless you agreed to it.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the status of your claim or program.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets these rates, and we do not charge you for text messages.

5. HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation message, and then we will not text you again unless you opt in again. You can also contact us using the details below.

7. CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE
